If you are unsatisfied with your service, Salon SL will need to be contacted within seven days of your visit. We do not refund for a service already performed. We are happy to adjust your hair within reason if we did not meet what we consulted on. If you change your mind on what you would like your hair to look like after your visit, the adjustment to change your hair will be at your cost.
